Add up to 300 events of 7 types: one day, several days (breaks, weeks) or with start and end times, a place and a reminder 0 to 60 days before
See the coming reminders and the next events; day notes show in the month and on the printout
Keep a supplies checklist per event (to get or ready); it prints on the event cards and goes into the calendar file
Print the month (landscape), event cards of the month (4 per page) or the whole year as a list, or save them as PDF from the print window
Download one .ics calendar file with the school time zone; all-day events stay on their days and reminders come as alerts
Back up and restore (JSON file), events and day notes as CSV in and out, the year list and supplies as CSV

This is a digital download. Nothing is shipped.
No subscription and no account. The app runs on your device and uploads nothing.
The .ics file is a standard calendar file you import yourself. There is no live sync: after changes, import a new file and delete the old imported events first.
Class nickname only: no fields for pupil names, photos or contacts.
English only. One calendar is open at a time. Your plans do not sync between devices; move them with the backup file.
For one teacher and their own classes. Please don't resell or share the files.
The app, its logo and the texts were made as code with the help of an AI coding assistant. No AI image generators were used.
