BackupFlow keeps a list of your devices and where each one is backed up, works out when every backup is due for a check, and helps you practise a restore. It plans and reminds: it does not copy or back up any files by itself.

- List your devices, what matters on them and your backup places (a drive at home, cloud storage, a drive kept elsewhere)
- Set how often to check each backup: daily, weekly, every 2 weeks, monthly, every 3 months or yearly
- See the next check date and the status of every backup: Overdue, Due soon or On track; tap Checked today after you check one
- A 3-2-1 overview for each device: copies, kinds of storage, one copy away from home
- Recovery tests as a tick-off checklist with Done today
- Download a calendar file (.ics) with one all-day event for each next check, with an optional alert
- Print your plan as a report, or print the blank sheets
- Back up and restore your plan (JSON file), download and import lists as CSV; 6 looks, light and dark
Hoe het werkt
- Download the ZIP and START-HERE.pdf from Etsy after checkout.
- Unzip and open Envelo-BackupFlow.html in your web browser. Look at the filled example, then press My plan.
- Add your devices and backup places, set how often to check them, and mark each check as you do it.

Goed om te weten
- This is a digital download. Nothing is shipped.
- BackupFlow does not run, copy, verify or recover backups, and it cannot see whether a backup ran. You check; it keeps the plan and the dates.
- It never asks for passwords and warns you if a note looks like one.
- No subscription and no account. The app runs on your device and uploads nothing. It connects to no calendar or storage service: you import the calendar file yourself, and download it again after changes.
- English only. Your plan does not sync between devices; move it with the backup file.
- For personal use. Please don't resell or share the files.
- The app, its logo and the texts were made as code with the help of an AI coding assistant. No AI image generators were used.
